Nightshift Factory Compounder

We are working with our client in their search for a Nightshift Factory Compounder to join their friendly team based in Ware, Hertfordshire. To be part of the Nightshift Compounding team you would ensure a high level of productivity and match workload to customer guidelines. They are looking for a composed, organised and motivated individual to join their ever-growing team.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• To manufacture Fragrance batches in an accurate, safe, tidy and timely manner
• Use company equipment to assist in manufacturing
• Replenish stocks/supplies when required
• Fill finished batches into final pack if required
• To take a role in continuous improvement of processes
• To be able to input manufacture of Batch data orders via Computer system
• Adhering to manufacturing plan
• Adopt a clean as you go approach 

Requirements:
 

• 3 years of compounding or dispensary experience
• Chemical material handling experience is preferred
• Basic computer skill
• Forklift/Counterbalance licence preferred
• Ability to react positively to tight deadlines
• Accurate way of working 

Hours:
10pm until 6am
Monday to Friday
