The successful candidate would need to have excellent customer service as you will be the point of contact for all customers, suppliers and engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Booking of customer annual service visits, including contacting the customer, scheduling the engineers, and raising and checking the necessary work reports
- Follow up with customers after engineer visit and arrange quotations where required
- Raising support tickets on system
- Providing quotations, and taking orders for parts
- Liaising with the technical team where required
- Handle incoming service related calls, emails and manage webchat
Skills:
- Experience within a corporate customer service environment
- Must be organized and able to manage priorities
- Excellent Microsoft skills and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers and team members
Office Based
Monday to Friday
8:30am until 17:00pm
Salary
£23,000.00 - £25,000.00, depending on experience
