Telemarketing Agent

Telemarketing Agent required, immediate start.  Initial training will be held in their head office in Ware, once training is completed position will be fully remote.

£10.00 per hour

Telemarketing Agent required for a media and events company for marketing solutions speaking with key players within the MICE industry. This role includes calling clients on the CRM system and booking in reservations and meetings. This is not a cold calling service you will be calling clients who are on an existing data base.
   
The candidate must have:

• Good communication and telephone skills
• Excellent understanding of English
• Good customer service
• Ability to speak to clients of levels
• Good quality home WIFI with a quiet space for uninterrupted work

No experience required, however the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in telephone sales and customer service

Full time, Monday to Friday
9am until 5pm
