We are looking for someone who is pro-active, practical, and innovative and who will be able to uphold company values within the production team they are responsible for. They will ideally have had previous experience in the management of a production facility, including scheduling of workflow and personnel management. A basic knowledge of sheet metalworking processes and machinery will be a big advantage.

Job Description:

• Oversight of all internal and outsourced production

• Creating and maintaining a production team with a 'can-do’ culture

• Responsibility for production systems and processes

• QA and associated processes

• Management of production staff

• Health & safety compliance and training

• Responsibility for sourcing and maintaining production equipment

• Regular reporting to the Directors
