Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
This position will be based at a brand new facility in Biggleswade on the new Stratton Business Park.
Responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers and Internal branches
- Processing customer’s website placed orders.
- Processing internal branches placed orders
- Conversing with customers via on-line chat and e-mail
- Assisting customers when using our website
- General office duties
Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in a Customer Services environment is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and initiative
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm.
