I have an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing business in Stevenage as a Business Administrator.

My client is looking for a hands on Business Administrator who can work well under pressure, be highly organised and be a team player.
Having experience in all the below duties would be desirable but its’ not essential however, office experience will be required
· Be first point of contact for calls and guests in the building
· Deal with all correspondence emails and web enquires
· Basic bookkeeping, invoices, purchase order numbers
· Monthly payroll for 15/20 employees
· Ordering office supplies
· Basic HR administration, holidays, recruitment, training records
· Keying of B2B orders
· Liaising with couriers
· Legal documents
· Admin support to the Managers
· Other administration duties
· Computer literate
· Excellent commncation skills written and verbally
· Reliable and committed
· Team player
· Salary 18-20K plus annual bonus
· 20 days holiday + BH
· Free parking
