I am recruiting for a Housing support Advisor in Letchworth for an immediate temporary position to cover a maternity role.
You will be customer focused and support the team whilst providing excellent service.
· Provide an excellent customer service when dealing with and responding to a wide range of tenancy management issues
· Progress applications for garages
· Manage repairs and arrears for garages
· Minimise rent loss and repairs costs for vacant garages
· Ensure garage management procedures are kept up to date
· Ensure effective use of the housing database applying accurate information to the system
· Be able to self-manage and monitor performance
· Raise purchases orders and process invoices as needed
· Provide advice, help and cover as required to the Customer Service Centre
You will need
· Computer skills
· Good communication skills written and verbally
· Work well under pressure
· Respond effectively to difficult/challenging situations
· £10ph rising to £12.45ph after 12 weeks
· Free parking
· Weekly pay
