My client in Royston is looking for a Technical Support / Content Manger role to join their business on a permanent basis.
Full-Time Hours, 9-5, based in Royston, Hertfordshire, free parking, coffee machine, quarterly bonus structure
Salary 20-25k + performance related bonus
An exciting and varied role as Technical Support and Content Manager has arisen at a local Electronics company.
This is a forward-looking electronics company with a culture of passion and enthusiasm for development, focusing on Electronics design and specialising in Marine electronics.
Customer service: assisting customers with queries, providing technical solutions and maintaining good relationships with customers and distributors
Updating and creating technical specifications and instructions when needed
Contributing technical content for social media and online posts, working with the marketing manager.
Ensure website technical content is updated in a timely manner
Work with the team to create instruction gifs/short videos
Occasional product testing
Reporting on customer feedback and product quality
Work with the team to identify potential interest for new products and software
Support the development and updates of e-commerce website
Addition duties as required by the director of engineering and manager
Strong electronics interest or background
Clear spoken and written communication skills
Strong IT, office and reporting skills
