An understanding of the steps of the sales process and how best to use your communication and negotiation skills to full ability A proven background of working towards sales targets based on e.g. outbound call volume, talk time, effective calls / pitches and warm leads. A natural ability for effective new business generation and the ability to source leads and develop an effective pipeline of new business. Have excellent communication and negotiation skills capable of liaising effectively at decision maker level. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with mostly 3pm finishes and opportunities to work from home. In return my client offers 25 days holiday + bank holidays with 2 weeks off at Christmas.
