Julie Jennings
Director
Royston/Harlow Office

Being the founding Director of the Company, Julie is the heart of KHM Recruitment. Working on and off in the recruitment industry since 2003, Julie began her career running the secretarial desk for a successful agency recruiting for the London Insurance market. Julie then assisted in the start up of a recruitment company based in Sri Lanka sourcing candidates for both local and overseas markets.

This inspired Julie to set up KHM in 2013 where she continues to drive the business forward. She is a committed member of the Chamber of Commerce and is dedicated to achieving results and ensuring that the Company delivers an outstanding service to both clients and candidates.


Likes: Sunny holidays, visiting new locations and socialising with friends and family.
 

Anna Lawrence
Director
Royston/Harlow Office

Anna joined KHM in January 2015 and as one of the founding members has been an integral part of the team ever since. Having worked in Accounts for many years within various industries, Anna comes with excellent knowledge and experience which she puts to good use supervising the day to day operations of KHM along with managing the busy Payroll and Accounts team.

Anna works closely with Julie in supporting the continued growth of the Company and is always on hand with innovative ideas which she loves to share with the team. She has learned the art of juggling multiple tasks at the same time and is always on hand to offer advice to the team.


Likes: Yoga, arts and crafts with her two children and eating chocolate.
 

Chris Wilson
Consultant
Royston Office

Chris comes from a varied background in Sales and Management and joined our team working as a Recruitment Consultant in the Royston Office in 2015. Chris prides himself on being a people focused Consultant and has a genuine passion for listening to and understanding the needs of both client and candidates.

Chris ensures a first-class service is delivered at all times and has established a successful industrial temporaries desk covering Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. He specialises in commercial and industrial roles covering all types of positions from administration to skilled/unskilled engineering based jobs in what is always a fast paced and demanding industry.


Likes: Spending time with his family enjoying football and golf in his spare time.
 

Stuart Holcroft
Consultant
Royston Office

Bringing 15 years of recruitment experience to KHM, Stuart joined the Royston office in January 2018. He has previously recruited for public sector companies dealing with local authorities and the NHS. Stuart ensures that he offers a professional, thorough and friendly service to candidates and clients.

Stuart is covering all aspects of recruitment focusing on permanent positions within the industrial markets. Stuart excels in sourcing for highly skilled and niche vacancies and is keen to continue building his client base for these roles.


Likes: Sports and learning to play the guitar.
 

Francesca Tomkins
Consultant
Royston Office

Joining KHM Recruitment on a temporary basis in October 2017, Francesca quickly came to realise that she loved recruitment and came on board as a permanent Recruitment Consultant. Having graduated from Sussex University with a first-class honors degree in Psychology she has an excellent understanding of behaviour.

Francesca is now working on expanding her client base whilst continuing to make successful placements for her current clients. She covers all aspects of recruitment including both permanent and temporary positions within the commercial markets, specialising in office and administration positions.


Likes: Travelling to new places and learning about different cultures and cuisines, cooking for family and friends and keeping fit by swimming and going to the gym.
 

Dan Woodward
Consultant
Harlow Office

Dan has worked as a Recruitment Consultant with KHM Recruitment since April 2016 and is based at the Harlow office. Previously, his experience spans a 12-year career with HSBC where he held various positions that included 4 years in retail and 8 years in commercial relationship management.

Dan specialises in recruiting staff for a range of industries covering temporary and permanent positions from skilled warehouse and production/engineering to office based staff such as sales and administration. Dan ensures he delivers exceptional service to both clients and candidates alike.


Likes: Off road biking, walking ‘Baby’ the Chihuahua and the odd pint of Guinness.
 

Harrison Taylforth-Knights
Consultant
Harlow Office

Harrison started his journey with KHM as an Apprentice studying a Business Administration course in January 2017, he has since progressed into a role as a Recruitment Consultant at the Harlow Office as of February 2018. Harrison keeps us all entertained and always brings a smile to our faces with his quick wit and sense of humour.

Having built a successful candidate base during his Apprenticeship he is now growing his client portfolio. Harrison clearly has a natural sales ability and can build a strong rapport with both client and candidates, he is keen to use his enthusiasm, drive and focus within the exciting world of recruitment. Harrison specialises in the recruitment of industrial and commercial professionals on both a temporary and permanent basis.


Likes: All sports, especially football and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
 

Beth Hilborn
Human Resources/Office Administrator
Royston Office

Beth works as the Human Resources/Office Administrator at the Royston Office. With a degree in History and previously working within a commercial role for a FTSE listed business, she has excellent analytical and written skills.

Beth ensures the Company is fully compliant from a legal and HR point of view whilst supporting with the day-to-day running of the office and providing administrative support to the Directors and Consultants. Beth is currently studying for her CIPD qualification. Her motto is "do something every day that you will thank yourself for tomorrow".
Likes: Socialising, swimming and creative tasks especially the interior design of houses.
 

Kerry Hutley
Marketing/Office Administrator
Royston/Harlow Office

Kerry is responsible for leading KHM’s marketing and events, with a degree in Event Management Kerry’s expertise in marketing helps enhance KHMs ability to find top talent. She most recently worked with a start-up events business and loves planning, being creative and excels at organisation.

She offers all aspects of administration support to both the Royston and Harlow offices and oversees all aspects of the marketing strategy.
