Julie Jennings

Julie is the founding Director of KHM Recruitment Ltd and has worked on and off in the recruitment Industry since 2003 where she began her career running the Secretarial desk for a successful agency recruiting for the London Insurance market. Julie then assisted in the startup of a recruitment company based in Sri Lanka sourcing candidates for both local and overseas markets.

This inspired Julie to set up her own company and in 2013 she set up KHM where she continues to drive the business forward. Julie has built a strong client base and focuses on building long lasting relationships with both her clients and candidates.

Steve Maley

Steve joined KHM in March 2017 and works with Julie to run the day to day KHM operation. Steve has over 18 years’ recruitment experience specialising within Accountancy & Finance recruitment covering all positions from part qualified through to board level FD/CFO positions within his career working with both SME through to FTSE listed organisations.

Steve prides himself on providing both an honest and consultative service to both candidates and clients.

Dan Woodward

Dan has worked in recruitment with KHM since April 2016 and is based in the Harlow office. Previously, his experience spans a 12-year career with HSBC where he held various positions that included 4 years in retail and 8 years in commercial relationship management.

Dan specialises in recruiting staff for a range of industries covering positions from skilled warehouse and production/engineering to office based staff such as sales and administration.

Chris Wilson

Chris has 18 months of recruiting experience and has come from a varied background in Sales and Management. Chris prides himself on being a people focused consultant and has a genuine passion for listening to and understanding the needs of both client and candidates.

Chris ensures a first-class service is delivered to all clients and candidates every time and specialises in commercial and industrial roles covering all types of positions from administration to unskilled/skilled engineering based jobs in what is always a fast paced and demanding industry.

Deborah Rae

Deborah joined the KHM team at the Harlow office on 15th May 2017. She comes from a Publishing Sales background, where she demonstrates 20 years of experience in consultative sales for national press and branded consumer titles.

Deborah is looking forward to working at KHM and sees this as an opportunity for personal growth and development within her career which along with her excellent customer service and sales skills we believe will stand her in good stead for her new career in Recruitment. Based in the Harlow office Deborah is recruiting for both the commercial and industrial markets where she has already starting to make great progress.

Harrison Taylforth-Knights

Harrison joined KHM in January 2017 as an Apprentice studying a Business Administration course.

Having done a fabulous job assisting with the office admin he showed a keen interest to train as a Recruitment Consultant and having done some resourcing work and been given a few clients to assist with, he clearly has a natural sales ability and is able to build a strong rapport with both clients and candidates.

Anna Lawrence
Financial Controller

Anna joined KHM in January 2015 as one of the founding members and has been an integral part of the team ever since. As Financial Controller, Anna manages all aspects of the internal accounts function as well as managing the busy payroll department.

Having worked in Accounts for 16 years within various industries Anna comes with excellent knowledge and guidance, which she puts to good use assisting the KHM Directors, employees and agency workers with any queries they may have.

Likes: Horse riding, arts and crafts with her two children and eating chocolate. View profile

Beth Hilborn
Office Administrator

Beth joined the KHM team in March 2017 as Office Administrator. Beth is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and provides administrative support to the Directors, Consultants and the Financial Controller.

Beth graduated in 2015 with a degree in History and previously worked in a commercial role for a FTSE listed business. She therefore has excellent analytical and written skills allowing her to provide administrative support to the KHM team.

Likes: Socialising, swimming and creative tasks especially the interior design of houses. View profile
